I am a Century 21 Gold Sales award winner who’s sold over five million dollars of real estate in Metro Detroit. My work has led to me receive the 2022 Century 21 Quality Service Award. My digital marketing was also rewarded with the 2022 Century 21 Social Media Award.

I have been covered in the Grosse Ile Grand among other publications.

One of my clients once described my work as: “When it’s fourth down on the 30-yard line with a minute left in the game, Tom is going to be the guy that gets the ball in end zone so we can finish the season with a victory.” (I took it as compliment.)

A little about me: I’m 32 years old. I grew up in Grosse Ile, Michigan. I played varsity football at Grosse Ile High School. I moved to Mt. Pleasant to attend Central Michigan University. I graduated from Central Michigan University in 2014 with a degree in Communications. I worked at a real estate brokerage in Las Vegas, Nevada for two years. In that time, I learned not only about real estate but how to market real estate online. I moved back to Grosse Ile, Michigan in 2018 to continue in real estate in my hometown.

My life’s mission is to improve the way people live by helping them buy and sell real estate. My approach to this has been to make real estate transparent for as many people as I can and disrupt how real estate has been for many in the past; confusing and opaque.

To this end, I share evidence-based real estate advice built off what I’ve learned, including what I know about the local market. I aim to share this information as widely and as inexpensively as possible—as I believe understanding real estate is not something for the few, but rather for anyone who has taken on the responsibility to learn.

Finally, real estate advice is most effective when it’s fun. Therefore, my goal is to entertain as well as educate. To amuse as well as advise. And, to disseminate actionable information in a way that is ethical and transparent, but at the same time, also interesting and intriguing.

In other words, to share real estate advice that shines light.
